Diana and Azmi

Diana and Azmi had their wedding reception on Feb 27, 2010 at the scenic Sungai Besar township, about 2 hours drive north of Kuala Lumpur. Amidst today's trend of outsourcing the catering, engaging wedding planners and all; it was refreshing to see the whole neighbourhood in full force working together in all aspects of the wedding preparation - in the true spirit of gotong-royong (collective activity). You'd find folks contributing from rice to handicrafts as gifts for the guests, and right up to volunteering as usherers and serving food. Wishing Azmi and Diana all the best as they step out in their new life as husband and wife.
